โ 1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:

A class was cancelled by Unicall Academy without rescheduling.

A technical issue from our side prevented class access.

You cancel your enrollment within 3 days of the first class (for paid packages).
โ 2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Missed or unattended classes due to studentโs absence.

Lack of internet connection or device problems on the studentโs side.

After 3 days of first class delivery or partial class completion.

Trial/demo classes (as they are free).
๐ 3. Rescheduling

If a student misses a class with prior notice (24 hours before), we may offer one make-up session, subject to availability.

We do not guarantee make-up classes for repeated absences.
