โœ… 1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A class was cancelled by Unicall Academy without rescheduling.

  • A technical issue from our side prevented class access.

  • You cancel your enrollment within 3 days of the first class (for paid packages).


โŒ 2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Missed or unattended classes due to studentโ€™s absence.

  • Lack of internet connection or device problems on the studentโ€™s side.

  • After 3 days of first class delivery or partial class completion.

  • Trial/demo classes (as they are free).

  • If a student misses a class with prior notice (24 hours before), we may offer one make-up session, subject to availability.

  • We do not guarantee make-up classes for repeated absences.
