Class Rescheduling & Billing Policy

At Unicall Academy Ltd, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent scheduling system for all students.

Class Rescheduling

• Each student may reschedule up to 2 classes during each billing cycle.
•  The first 2 missed classes due to student absence can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• All rescheduled classes must be completed within the same billing cycle and cannot be carried forward to the next billing cycle.

Missed Classes Beyond the Reschedule Limit

• If a student misses more than 2 classes during the same billing cycle, any additional missed classes are not eligible for free rescheduling.
• If these classes are later arranged and taught, they will be treated as additional classes and will be charged accordingly.

Billing

•  Monthly fees are paid in advance.
• Any additional classes conducted beyond the rescheduling allowance will be added to the next invoice, together with the advance payment for the next billing cycle.

This policy ensures fair scheduling, effective time management, and accurate billing for all students.
